Samantha Case drove in six runs and set the school mark for home runs in a season to help the Todd County Central Lady Rebels beat Caverna 13-3 Thursday in Elkton.

After Lucy Cumbee brought home two runs in the second inning with a triple to left, Case followed two batters later with a three-run inside the park homer to center.  Her seventh homer of the season broke the old record of six by Michaela Robertson.

Case added a two-run double an inning later as part of her 3-hit, 6-RBI night.  Jocelyn Mock added two hits, including a double, and two RBIs, and Abby Williams contributed two RBIs.

Haylee Vass got the win in the circle for Todd County Central. She struck out six and allowed three earned runs.

Alyssa Carter had two hits for Caverna, who dropped to 3-22 with the loss.

Todd County Central [14-13] will play at Barren County Friday before starting district tournament action Saturday against Logan County at Russellville High School.
