Caldwell County tried to grab some momentum with a basket late in the third quarter, but University Heights hustled the ball up the floor and got an uncontested layup from Elijah Walton at the buzzer to take a 49-37 lead to the fourth period.
UHA went on to win Tuesday’s game 72-48.
