If there was any worry about Heritage Christian Academy having a letdown after winning the Kentucky Christian Athletic Conference State Tournament over the weekend, those worries were dashed Tuesday.
The Warriors let their defense create chances in transition, and ten players scored in a 68-44 win at Northside Baptist in Mayfield.
HCA scored 24 points off 15 Northside turnovers. Carlos Robles scored 20 points and just missed a triple-double with eight rebounds and five steals.
The Warriors held a 41-26 advantage on the glass and it resulted in 21 more shot attempts.
Zane Yates scored 12 points and pulled down nine rebounds.
Heritage Christian, the No. 1 team in the KCAA Power Poll, travel to Dawson Springs Friday and host Lakeside Saturday afternoon.
