A tough start to the season continued for the University Heights Academy Lady Blazers Saturday. The offensive struggles they have been dealing with since the beginning of the season were present again in a 53-33 loss to Warren Central.
The Lady Blazers have scored in the 30s in each of their games so far this season.
The UHA defense did take some steps forward Saturday afternoon. The 53 points given up to the Lady Dragons was the fewest for the Lady Blazers this season.
UHA drops to 0-6 with the loss. They are back to action Monday night when they host the Lady Warriors from Heritage Christian.
The win improved Warren Central to 2-5 and ended a five game losing streak for the Lady Dragons.
